Description:
Magnesium silicate adsorbent ( xMgO ySiO2 nH2O ) is one of the series of products of silicate, the appearance is a white amorphoussolid particles, with good fluidity, which belongs to the solid amphoteric compounds, and the particles into a porous structure, with the performance of deacidification, decolorization and deodorization, adsorption of potassium and sodium ions and filtering the excellentmedium. Magnesium silicate adsorbent has been widely used in polyether refining adsorbent can be acid, alkali, and potassium, sodiumion adsorption polyether in crude, and the use of porous adsorbent pigment, odor of polyether in the product has excellent adsorptioneffect, so that the polyether attaining refining effect.
Application:
The crude polyether polyol in refining kettle, to adding 1% ~ 5% in certain temperature ( w/w ) of water, stirring, with 75% phosphoric acid neutralization material pH to 4 ~ 6, and the average temperature control is less than 80. And after adding polyether polyol, weight0.1% ~ 0.5% magnesium silicate adsorbent ( or magnesium silicate: aluminum silicate =1:1 ( w/w ) hybrid adsorbent ), stir heated toproper temperature ( such as: 110± 5 ) vacuum dewatering. Control of dehydration rate, when the moisture content to achieve the requirement ( such as less than 0.1% ), thermal material circulation filtering ( such as 110 ± 5 , pressure 2 ~ 4KPa ), analysis of circulatingfiltrate of k+ (Na+) ion concentration reached, collect the clear filtrate, obtain qualified polyether polyol.
