Potassium Monopersulfate compound is a free-flowing, white granule which is soluble in water (20°C, 256 g/L). The composition includes Potassium Hydrogen Peroxymonosulfate (KHSO5), Potassium Bisulfate (KHSO4) and Potassium Sulfate (K2SO4). With its high oxidation reduction potential, it serves as an effective oxidant and disinfectant.

Application
Potassium monopersulfate compound is widely recognized as an oxidizer for wool shrinkproofing treatment. Its granular form dissolves easily, and the aqueous solution remains stable for storage at 32°C. The compound effectively stops a-S-S-bond at substantially mono-oxidized state.
